Greenheart Partners is a minority and veteran-owned company created by the chance meeting of Derek Fisher & Andrew Irwin on a flight during the 2021 Thanksgiving Break. The commonality of rugby is what caused these two strangers to immediately become fast friends and a short time later the result was Greenheart Partners.
